Can'T Goof Homemade Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour (bread flour is best)
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well with electric mixer.
    Add remaining flour, stirring with a spoon.
    Cover and allow to rise in a warm place until double in size (25 to 30 minutes).
