No-Fail Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnut meats
    1 large (13 oz.) can milk
    1 large jar marshmallow
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (12 oz. bits)
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a 4-quart pan.
    Stir over medium heat until blended.
    Bring to a boil over medium high heat and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chocolate, vanilla and nuts until chocolate is melted. Pour into two 9 x 9-inch pans and cool.
