Golden Fish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    2 onions
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    2 c. salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Saute pepper and onions in butter.
    Blend in the flour and salt.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in gradually 2 cups milk.
    Return to heat and boil.
    Stir in carefully the salmon and juice.
    Pour mixture into well-greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
