Broccoli Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 heads of broccoli, cut into small spears
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dill weed or tarragon
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt or 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and use to marinate broccoli for several hours or overnight, in refrigerator.
    Serve cold as an appetizer.
