Paper Bag Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. apples, cut into chunks
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Place apples in large bowl.
    Combine nutmeg, sugar and flour; sprinkle over apples.
    Toss to coat apples well.
    Spoon into unbaked pastry shell.
    Add lemon juice.
    Combine butter, sugar and flour.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Slice pie into heavy brown paper bag large enough to cover pie loosely.
    Fold open end over twice and fasten with paper clips.
    Place on large cookie sheet for easier handling.
