Toasted Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
Preparation
    Thoroughly combine first 5 ingredients; stir in coconut.
    Pour filling into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
    Cool before serving.
