Wheat Germ Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe yellow cake mix
    1 large egg
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine dry cake mix, egg, brown sugar, oil, butter, wheat germ and water in a bowl.
    Mix with a spoon (dough will be stiff).
    Stir in nuts.
    Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes for chewy cookies; 12 minutes for crispy.
    Cool 1 minute, then remove to rack.
    Yields 3 dozen.
