Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. diced apples
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix together flour, soda, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Add oil, eggs, apples and nuts. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven. I use a Bundt pan for 1 hour. Makes a large cake.
