Nutty Yam Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes until tender, drain off liquid.
Beat with electric mixer, adding all listed ingredients.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
