Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
mayonnaise to taste
1 small chopped onion
grated cheese
crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables.
Drain off water.
In large mixing bowl, add cooked vegetables and mayonnaise, onion and grated cheese.
Spread in greased baking dish.
Add crushed Ritz crackers over top of casserole.
Melt margarine and pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
