Bottletown Inn Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 small yellow squash
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small onion
    1/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. cream
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Peel, cook and mash squash.
    Saute onion.
    Add cracker crumbs, cream and salt to taste.
    Mix in squash.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
