Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook ground beef with chopped onion.
    Drain.
    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper in a casserole dish.
    Put layer of rice, layer of sauce and layer of cheese.
    Continue; make sure cheese is last layer.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 or more.
