Salmon Cheddar Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 tsp. parsley (dried or fresh)
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard (dry or prepared)
2 c. shredded cheese
1 can red salmon, drained and flaked
Preparation

Make regular pie crust to fit a 10-inch pie tin and bake it. Beat eggs.
Add milk, butter, parsley, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Fold in cheese and salmon. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown in 375\u00b0 oven.
