Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 (4 serving each) pkg. sugar-free instant pudding mix
2 c. cold low-fat milk
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Combine pudding mix, milk, pumpkin and spices in large bowl or electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
Pour into baked 9-inch pie shell.
Chill.
Serve garnished with prepared whipped topping.
