Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Southern hash brown potatoes (Mr. Dells frozen)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Dot top with margarine.
    Sprinkle 1 cup of corn flakes (crunched up) on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10 adults.
