Italian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 butterfly pork chops
    Italian style bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Take pork chops and dip in eggs, then bread crumbs.
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Then add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water to the skillet.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, turning once.
    Drain water, then cover the pork chops with spaghetti sauce and simmer, covered, for another 15 to 20 minutes.
    The last 5 minutes, cover the entire thing with the cheese.
    Allow to melt and serve.
    Serves 4.
