Noonday Sweet Onion And Sausage Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Noonday onions
    2 c. sweet Noonday onions, chopped (use inside of large onions)
    1 lb. bulk mild pork sausage
    1 c. Cheddar cheese soup
    1 1/4 c. water
    3 c. herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Split onions (and make a nest for sausage mixture) and place in a greased dish.
    Cook chopped onions and sausage in frying pan until brown; drain.
    Add water and soup to pan and cook until soup is smooth.
    Add stuffing and mix well.
    Put mixture inside 6 split and nested onions.
    Onions should not be touching.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and paprika in last 5 minutes time.
