Florida Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow cake mix
    2 pkg. instant pudding (vanilla, chocolate or lemon)
    4 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1/2 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Cook cake as directed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut in cubes when cool.
    Mix both packages of pudding with milk and let thicken.
    In a large glass or trifle bowl, layer 1/2 cake cubes, 1/2 pudding, 1/2 whipped topping, oranges, pineapple and coconut.
    Repeat layers, ending with coconut.
    Chill several hours.
