Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 large red apples, diced but unpeeled
    1 c. thin celery strips
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drizzle lemon juice over apples and toss well.
    Add celery and nuts.
    Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Fold into the apple mixture.
    Chill.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
