Mom'S Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 drop yellow coloring
    dash of salt
    1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Heat milk and oleo.
    Beat eggs (save two of the whites).
    Mix milk, egg yolks, sugar, flour, vanilla, food coloring and salt; beat egg whites to soft peaks and fold in last.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 in unbaked 9-inch pastry shell.
