Easy Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef stew meat (1 1/2-inch cubes)
    1 onion, sliced
    3 stalks celery, cut into chunks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in order given in small baking dish.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake at 250\u00b0
    for 4 hours.
