Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
pinch of salt
3 c. thinly sliced green tomatoes (about 4 to 5 medium)
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
pie pastry for 9-inch double crust
Preparation

In bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Add tomatoes and vinegar; toss to mix.
Line pie plate with bottom crust.
Add filling and dot with butter.
Top with lattice crust. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until tomatoes are tender.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
