Gorgonzola-Sauced Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. Blue cheese (2 oz.)
    1/2 to 3/4 c. light cream
    dash of white pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. any cooked pasta
Preparation
    Melt butter; add Blue cheese.
    Stir in light cream, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Toss cheese with pasta until coated.
    Serve immediately.
