Pie Crust (2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/2 to 2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift together salt and flour; cut in shortening.
    Stir in water, a little at a time, until flour is moistened.
    Dough is soft.
    Do not knead, squeeze into balls.
    Handles better if chilled.
