Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. kraut
    1 large green bell pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 large red onion
    2 oz. pimentos
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cut up vegetables.
    Add to kraut.
    Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, oil, water and celery seed.
    Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Keeps well for a week.
