Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 large bell peppers
1 lb. hamburger meat or ground turkey
1 c. cooked rice
1 medium can stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. cajun seasoning
1 c. chopped onion
Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat 6 cups water in a large pan.
When water comes to a rolling boil, put peppers in 2 at a time.
Boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
