Pumpkin Roll Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
sprinkle of salt
3 whole eggs
2/3 c. pumpkin (cooked or canned)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. walnuts (top)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except nuts and bake in jelly roll pan at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Roll cake up in towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Let cool and add filling.
