Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 garlic gloves (whole bulb)
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts
2 c. basil leaves
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. olive oil
Preparation

Put all ingredients in food processor or blender; pulse the motor to make a homogeneous sauce which is not as fine as a puree. Yields 2 1/2 cups for 8 servings of pasta.
