Cathren'S Cucumbers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 fresh cucumbers
    1 green bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Slice all vegetables very thin.
    Sprinkle 1 big tablespoon of salt over vegetables.
    Set aside 1 or 2 hours.
    Drain off water. Mix 3/4 cup of sugar, vinegar and celery seed and pour over vegetables; refrigerate before eating.
