Bud'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 cans kidney beans (undrained)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Melt oil in large skillet and brown onion, green pepper and beef.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir and cook over low heat 1 1/2 hours.
    (Serves 4 to 6.)
