Pork Chops With Quick Tomato Sauce(Makes 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1/4 c. seasoned flour
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 small onion
    1/2 green pepper, chopped (medium)
    1/8 tsp. garlic glove or powder
Preparation
    Dredge breaded pork chops with seasoned flour.
    Heat oil; add chops and brown.
    Remove; add mushrooms.
    Cook until tender.
    Pour chicken broth, tomato paste, onion, green pepper and garlic in blender or food processor until well blended (no lumps).
    Pour half of mixture in bottom of casserole dish; add chops and mushrooms, then add remainder of tomato mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes; uncover and bake 20 minutes.
