Manicotti With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box manicotti, uncooked
    2 c. Ricotta cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce (32 oz. jar)
Preparation
    Cook manicotti according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Cool in a single layer on wax paper or aluminum foil to prevent manicotti from sticking together.
