Minted Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cut-up assorted fresh fruit
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1/3 c. water
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients, except fruit.
    Place fruit in large shallow dish, pour mixture over fruit.
    Cover. Chill 3 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
