Fried Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. flat beer
    8 balls ice cream
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
    oil
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and store overnight.
    Take balls of ice cream, roll in crushed cornflakes.
    Freeze overnight.
    Dip in batter (no bare spots in batter covered balls).
    Fry until golden brown.
