Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. hot milk
1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
4 c. cold, cooked potatoes
Preparation

Make white sauce.
Add 1/2 cup Cheez Whiz. Simmer 5 minutes. Take your 4 cups cold cooked potatoes (1/4-inch thick or cubes) and place in casserole.
Pour over the white sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
