Piccalilli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. chopped green tomatoes
    1 c. chopped red peppers
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3 c. cider vinegar
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    1/4 c. mustard seed
    1/3 Tbsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Drain vegetables of any extra liquid.
    In a large kettle, add vegetables and 1/2 of vinegar.
    Boil for 1/2 hour, stirring often. Drain and discard liquid, add remaining vinegar, sugar and spices.
    Simmer for 3 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
