Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add bananas and mix until smooth. Combine next 5 ingredients and add to creamed mixture, stirring just enough to moisten.
Stir in pecans and raisins and pour in greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
