Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 large fryer, deboned
    1 large Velveeta cheese, grated
    1 large pkg. wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Cook noodles until tender.
    Boil chicken until done.
    Take chicken off bone.
    Put 5 tablespoons grease in a skillet and fry green pepper and onions.
    Take 1 1/2 cups of broth from the chicken and mix with mushroom soup.
    Add pepper, onions and and pimentos into soup mixture.
    Grate cheese.
    Place a layer of noodles, then a layer of chicken, layer of cheese, layer of soup mixture and repeat.
    Grate cheese over last layer and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
