Applesauce Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell; sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
