Creole Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 medium onion, sliced
1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato rice soup
1/3 to 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. whole thyme
6 cooked hamburgers
Preparation

For sauce, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add soup, water and thyme.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir often.
Serve over sizzling hamburgers.
