Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peeled fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper
1/2 c. cucumber, peeled
1/4 c. green onion
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. chives
1 small garlic clove
1/2 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. tarragon wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. tomato juice
Preparation

Chop the first eight ingredients very fine.
Mix together. Then add remaining ingredients.
Chill well before serving.
May add additional tomato juice to thin if necessary.
Serves 10.
