Cocoa Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine cocoa with sugar, salt and syrup.
    Stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Cook to 232\u00b0 or until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water, stirring several times during the cooking process.
    Remove from heat; drop in butter.
    Cool to lukewarm (110\u00b0).
    Add vanilla and beat until mixture thickens and loses its shiny appearance.
