Cinnamon Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. oil or butter, softened
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix oil or butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add egg and vanilla; beat thoroughly. Stir in dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add zucchini and nuts.
    Blend well.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
