Poached Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    4 slices toast
    butter or magarine
    1 1/2 c. milk (approximately)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Heat milk slowly in a large skillet.
    Add salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Add eggs when milk is steaming (don't break yolks).
    Spoon milk over eggs.
    About now, put toast in toaster. Turn eggs, if necessary.
    Stir milk, it will start to look like gravy.
    Butter toast in plate.
    Place 1 egg on each piece of toast.
    Spoon gravy over top.
    Add salt and pepper to taste!
