Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots in water with 1 teaspoon of sugar until almost tender.
    Drain.
