Rabbit Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cottontail
1/2 c. celery
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
12 pitted olives
fresh parsley
1/4 c. onion
Preparation
-
Chop celery and onion.
Put cleaned rabbit in baking pan with chopped vegetables and bay leaf.
Roast at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Remove rabbit and add butter and flour to drippings.
Cook until brown.
Add water, salt, olives and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir and replace meat.
Bake another 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Garnish with parsley.
