Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. finely cut celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. washed rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 soup cans water
    1/3 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion and celery; season lightly.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Place in baking pan or casserole.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yields 8 servings.
