Coconut, Pecan Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease and flour a tube pan. Set aside. Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy. Add flour, a little at a time.
    Blend well. Batter will be stiff. Fold in apples, coconut and pecans.
    Pour into a tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from pan after about 30 minutes.
