Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. salt
2 c. scalded milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook these ingredients in a pan over medium heat until mixture is thick like pie filling.
Then blend until crumbly 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
Put 2/3 cup of this mixture in bottom of cooked pie crust.
Pour cooked pie filling over this.
Beat 3 egg whites with 1/3 cup sugar until fluffy and stiff.
Do not add sugar until egg whites are frothy.
Put this meringue on top
of pie filling and then sprinkle remainder of peanut butter mixture on top of meringue and brown in medium oven.
