Mom'S Bologna Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bologna
    margarine
    flour (to thicken)
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry bologna in margarine until nicely browned.
    Dice the bologna in the skillet and stir in the flour.
    When completely mixed, gradually add milk and stir; bringing to a boil and simmer 3 to 4 minutes.
    It is good over boiled or mashed potatoes or bread.
